Fresh Flowers - 100% GuaranteedWe guarantee that your flower arrangement will be fresh and of the highest quality. If you, or the person receiving your gift, are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by E-mail or at (916) 837-2583, and one of our customer service representatives will work to ensure your satisfaction. Please note: We are not responsalbe for any item you purchusing on our affiliate company, please contact with them direcly by using the contact information page on the website that you purchused the product from.
Returns
You may return any purchase within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us at customerservice@lelefloral.com for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please package your item back into it's original packaging with a note stating your Name, Address and RMA number. You will receive a refund when we receive the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping cost and return shipping fees.
Shipping
We do not ship outside of the U.S. for retail un less you are a retailer and like to order under wholesale from us. As some arrangements are custom made upon receipt of your order shipping is generally within 1 to 2 weeks. If there is a delay with the shipping of your order we will contact you.
